Have You Seen This??? Part 2

The wonderful ladies, Andi (Andi's ABCs) and Brittany (The Book Addict's Guide) have come up with a brilliant way to share and help our book obsessions and collections!!! 

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS is a new feature for those of us searching hard-to-find editions of books, primarily older copies of ARCs, early or foreign editions, etc...

First, I want to thank Andi and Brittany for putting this together! In the last few weeks I have accumulated so many ARCs to add to my collection - I feel like I'm living in a bookish heaven :)

Next - a huuuge thank you to everyone who has swapped or donated a book to me!
Seriously, booknerds are the bestest people ever!!! They're the only ones who can fully understand what it's like, can relate, and help. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart :)

And now, there are a few ARCs that I am still hoping for.

I love Oliver's writing!
She is one of the first authors!!! I was introduced to her when I first started book blogging. I have so many fond personal memories that are connected to when I read her books.
I've been considering creating a post about this... maybe one day.

Here are the ARCs that I am still looking for:

I am a HUGE Stiefvater fan!!! HUGE!!!
Currently, I'm anxiously waiting for my order of LAMENT and BALLAD UK paperback editions to arrive soon. I'm also waiting for my hardcover of THE SCORPIO RACES and the UK paperback edition of it too! These two should arrive by the end of the month. And I hope to be able to place an order for this in the Spanish hardcover soon - I cannot wait to get this edition!!! It's been on my wishlist for forever. And it will also be my first spanish edition book; which is another dream of mine - to have a bookshelf full of my favorite books in spanish :)

So far, I have ordered the UK paperback AND the Spanish hardcover :)

So far, I have ordered the Italian paperback :)

GRACELING is the first fantasy I ever read that I was able to follow, fall into and love!
FIRE and BITTERBLUE are amazing too - I just love Cashore's mystical writing!
I am dying to hear about what she's been working on! I follow her blog as if my whole booknerd existence depended on it, lol! I cannot wait to see something about a new book... anything!!! *begs!!!*

THIS book broke my heart!!!
And I NEED all the copies!!! This is my latest venture -
and I aim to get all the editions by the end of the year :)
As you can see, my hardcover is already a bit roughed up - it's one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITES!!! I have read it numerous times, and often find myself moving it around the house just to have it near me (TMI?)

For now, I'd be super happy to at least get an ARC of TIGER LILY!
BUT, I'm also looking for international copies too :)

Out of all of the ARCs I am looking for, originally, I only needed 5 more to complete all three of my pictures... unfortunately, in my last move, these ARCs were lost :(

I had packed all my ARCs into separate boxes, along with their paperbacks. I was very particular in packing my books, lol! However, 2 boxes went missing. And these ARCs/paperbacks were in those boxes... *sobs*

Recently, I've tried a few times to do booktrades through other sites for some of these, however, the other parties never complied. I'm not saying I'll never use these sites again, especially since I've been so successful with countless booktrades in the last 2 years. I'm just a bit leary now to do so with people I don't know, especially with people who don't have some reputable online bookish presence... and, I haven't been comfortable enough to just tweet about. I'm really happy that Andi and Brittany have given me the opportunity to just ask and see what happens :) 

For now, I'm specifically looking for ARCs for all of Kristin Cashore, Lauren Oliver and Maggie Stiefvater's books. I know that trying to find Graceling, Before I Fall and The Scorpio Races are going to be difficult - they were hard to find the first time, lol! But I'm keeping my fingers cross... I also hope to gain all of these in their paperbacks, international covers and spanish copies too... eventually, someday :) One day at a time ;)
