January and February Book Haul, Wrap Up and March TBR (2018)

Hello, bookworms!!!

How's 2018 treating you so far???
It's been kind of a rough start for me - I started out the year very, very sick with the flu and other sicknesses', I kind of fell off track with all the things... all I could do was concentrate on getting better and trying to keep my home and family from falling apart. It's the sickest I've ever been, and I have had my share of illness' in the past. But this season's flu and other nasty germs really got the best of me... But! I'm really happy to say that I am finally better, although I still feel a bit sluggish and I'm still trying to get organized and find my groove back into all the things I have to do and, of course, the stuff I enjoy doing - it's been tough. I'm not going to lie. It's been really hard trying to get back to life and back to feeling like me again - my anxiety has been on super-overload and trying to manage everything on my own has been stressful. I feel like I'm almost there, but it's still just a little beyond my grasp... I'm working on it ;)

Things I'm happy about - climbing out of my reading slump! Connecting with a lot of fellow bookworms again, especially on Instagram...
I am writing again! And, I'm currently researching a new project I've decided to finally work on... and, I've also picked up my pencils and watercolors again! This writing project may or may not require some illustrations ;)

Let me know what you've been up to! Would love to catch up with you all soon!!!

Now - onto the books!!!

  1. WOW, what a haul of all those books! I am riding out the storm that took out our power at a friends. So surreal looking at all the downed trees and power lines cut in half. They say we won't have power to our area till Wednesday!! Have a good Sunday!
