When Liv Bloom lands an art scholarship at Wickham Hall, it’s her ticket out of the foster system. Liv isn’t sure what to make of the school’s weird traditions and rituals, but she couldn’t be happier. For the first time ever, she has her own studio, her own supply of paints. Everything she could want.
Then she meets Malcolm Astor, a legacy student, a fellow artist, and the one person who’s ever been able to melt her defenses. Liv’s only friend at Wickham, fellow scholarship kid Gabe Nichols, warns her not to get involved, but life is finally going Liv’s way, and all she wants to do is enjoy the ride.
But Liv’s bliss is doomed. Weeks after arriving, she is viciously murdered and, in death, she discovers that she’s the latest victim of a dark conspiracy that has claimed many lives. Cursed with the ability to see the many ghosts on Wickham’s campus, Gabe is now Liv’s only link to the world of the living. To Malcolm.
Together, Liv, Gabe, and Malcolm fight to expose the terrible truth that haunts the halls of Wickham. But Liv must fight alone to come to grips with the ultimate star-crossed love.

MY REVIEW
Love. Murder. Mystery. Ghosts. Heartache.
My heart aches after reading Liv's story... This is by far one of the best books I have read in a very long time. And will also be one of the most memorable ones. One that I will remember and carry with me for forever... which is rare for me. Usually books that affect me so much are stories that are based on true events, and clearly, this story isn't. But it feels like it was... oh, and the writing! The writing is impeccable! The characters are amazing, honest and noteworthy!
Wickham Hall is not your typical boarding school - with odd rules and weird traditions; Liv Bloom is happy to deal with it all as long as she gets to do what she has to do to keep her scholarship and work in her own art studio. A lover of poets and artists, Liv has an eye for honesty and beauty. A girl after my own heart... and when Malcolm surprises everyone and chooses Liv to be his dance partner at the 'First Dinner', breaking rules and turning Liv's world upside down!
Art. Love. Freedom.
She was going to enjoy it all!
But when her new and only friend, Gabe, warns her to stay away from Malcolm, to stay away from all the 'Wickies', Liv realizes that if she truly wants it all, she was going to have to be careful, and smart about it.
Malcolm is a dreamer stuck in a pre-determined world, a follower. Until he meets Liv. Now, he's determined to figure things out too. Does he want to follow in his father's footsteps? Or will he finally give it all up, be the person he wants to be. The person that Liv would be proud of...
Unfortunately, before they could figure things out for themselves and follow their hearts, tragedy strikes.
Now, Liv is a lingering spirit at Wickham Hall.
And she's not the only one.
The ending was heart-wrenching, but so perfect! I have no doubts that that is definitely how Liv and Malcolm's story should be... however, it feels like Liv may have more to do..
I'm hoping for a second book!!!
Live forever, Liv!!!
Amy Talkington's LIV, FOREVER is such a realistic story, one that you will definitely not regret picking up and reading... and re-reading... again and again.
(Plus, the finish copy is gorgeous and pink!!! Can't wait to get my hands on it!!!)

ABOUT THE AUTHOR - Amy Talkington
Amy Talkington is an award-winning screenwriter and director living in Los Angeles.
Before all that she wrote about music for magazines like Spin, Ray Gun, Interview, and Seventeen (mostly just as a way to get to hang out with rock stars).
As a teenager in Dallas, Texas, Amy painted lots of angsty self-portraits, listened to The Velvet Underground and was difficult enough that her parents finally let her go to boarding school on the East Coast.
Liv, Forever is her first novel.
The plot sounds amazing. This giveaway really piqued my interest. I will prob. still buy the ebook even if I don't win because, the love triangle sounds so passionate.
